No. Pre-licensed individuals can join to prepare, but the coaching is most powerful for active agents ready to start generating leads and working with clients.

You will learn the practical side of real estate that most programs do not teach, including:

Group Coaching is for Realtor friends, family, or teams who want to do this together. One-on-One is private coaching that offers more personalized strategies and support. VIP Intensive includes private coaching, field activities, digital tools, and more.
Q: What is the homebuyer workshop?
The MoveWise Homebuyer workshop is a fully refundable guided experience designed to help buyers understand the home purchasing process from start to finish without confusion, pressure, or overwhelm. This is for home buyers who are not fully ready to buy yet due to needing credit help and financial guidance. This workshop offers a 6-month plan and a 12+ month plan.
Q: When do I get refunded for the homebuyer workshop?
After closing when you get the keys to your home, depending on your plan. If you do not close within your plan expiration date, or 30 days after, your refund will not be refunded.
Q: Can you provide advice for any of my current transactions?
We cannot advise on specific contracts or transactions for agents as this constitutes acting as a broker without authority.
